Cognitive and Behavioural Approaches to Mental Health in Young People (CAMY) is a research group based at the University of Oxford, in the Department of Experimental Psychology

Specifically, we are interested in examining:
- Cognitive and behavioural mechanisms of anxiety problems in young people
- How these vary across development and neurodivergence
- How these interact with the environment, such as peer and family settings
- How to harness this knowledge to develop effective and accessible interventions
- How to implement interventions into services
We use a range of methods, including longitudinal and experimental studies, randomised controlled trials, qualitative studies, and systematic reviews and meta-analyses. You can see our current projects by clicking below:
